At Dress 2 Party, we want you to feel confident and glamorous in your purchase, which is why we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like earrings and custom-altered gowns are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gown

  Carefully place the unworn dress back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
